The concept of member dining — a restaurant-quality food experience reserved for a specific community — has a long history in private clubs and athletic facilities. At The Colosseum, we've reimagined it for the modern high-performer: chef-driven, nutritionally intelligent, and designed to fit the rhythms of a demanding professional life.

The Philosophy

Our executive chef, Marco Delacroix, trained in Paris and worked in Michelin-starred kitchens before returning to Charleston to build something different: a food program that treats performance nutrition as a culinary challenge rather than a constraint. The result is a menu that is simultaneously delicious and optimized — food that a chef is proud of and a performance coach would recommend.

The Daily Experience

Members can expect a rotating daily menu built around seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Breakfast service runs from 6:30am to 10:30am, lunch from 11:30am to 2:30pm, and an afternoon menu from 2:30pm to 6pm. Private dining for business meetings can be arranged with 24 hours notice. Catering for boardroom meetings is available to all members.
