What's Included
WeWork gives you a desk. The Colosseum gives you an entire performance infrastructure — the workspace, the gym, the recovery center, the café, and the community.
Acoustic isolation, sit-stand desks, Herman Miller seating, and circadian lighting. Designed for the deep work that drives real business value.
Olympic platforms, functional training zones, and expert coaching — steps from your desk. No commute, no membership juggling.
Infrared sauna, cold plunge, and guided recovery protocols. The performance stack that WeWork doesn't offer and never will.
Performance nutrition, specialty coffee, and chef-prepared meals. Fuel that matches your ambition — not a vending machine.
Every member is application-reviewed. You work alongside vetted founders, executives, and high-performers — not whoever swiped a credit card.
Monthly fireside chats and quarterly roundtables with nationally recognized founders, investors, and thought leaders.
The Numbers
When you add up what a serious professional pays for the services The Colosseum bundles, the math is clear.
Plus: 45–90 min/day in logistics between locations
Rate locked for life — Founding Members only
WeWork's private office pricing in comparable markets typically runs $700–$1,500/month for a single-occupancy office, without any fitness, wellness, or dining included. The Colosseum's Founding Member rate is $545/month and includes the full campus: coworking, gym, wellness center, café, and rooftop. The all-in value comparison is not close.
The Colosseum is launching its Charleston flagship in 2027, with additional cities planned for 2028 and beyond. Founding Members in Charleston will receive priority access and founding pricing at future locations — a benefit WeWork cannot offer.
The Colosseum is designed for any high-performing professional who values a premium environment: founders, executives, remote employees of growth-stage companies, and independent professionals. The application process evaluates professional background and cultural fit, not employment type.
Day passes are available for prospective members to experience the campus before applying. Visit the Day Pass page to register your interest.
WeWork memberships are typically month-to-month or have 3–12 month terms. Review your contract terms. The Colosseum's founding membership is also month-to-month after the initial commitment period, giving you flexibility.
