Cold Plunge Pool

Chilled to 50°F, the cold plunge triggers vasoconstriction, reduces inflammation, and floods the body with endorphins. The contrast cycle is where the magic happens.

Contrast Shower Circuit

Private contrast shower stations with programmable hot/cold cycles. Used by elite athletes to accelerate recovery between sessions.

Cooling Lounge
